PDA's and Outlook 2000

The current PDA's come with the Windows Mobile 2003 operating system, and
Outlook 2002 which does not support sharing of files between computers
without using Microsoft Exchange. Would I be able to use my old Outlook with
the new PDA operating systems through Microsoft Active Synch, an old program,
even though th new PDA's say that you can only use Outlook 2002?

ActiveSync works for Oulook 98 and above. Outlook 2002 is recommended.
