PCL error on a Dell Laser printer

As i tried in vain to contact Dell support I hope someone here could help
me.
I got a new Dell printer 3000CN
Everything is ok when I print a page or a small picture but I get a PCL
error with a larger pdf or a photo 6 Mo or more
I suspect a problem error but is it normal not to be able to print a 5 pages
pdf ?
