PCI Video Card for older Dell

I am in the process of setting up an old dell Optiplex GX 100. PIII 800.
Small desktop chassis. I want to convert it to a music server connected with
wireless to the network and then, to my big screen and home theatere system.
Sinceit doesn't have an AGP spot I am stuck using a PCI Video card. But, to
hook it up the another souce I need the S-Video out on the card. Does this
card exist? If not ATI who?.

Almost any video card can do this...

Buy the ATI 9200SE or perhaps an older 7500... but I'd get the 9200SE,
its about $60~75, includes DUAL OUTPUT and TV (S-video) output.
