PcAnywhere

I have PcAnywhere installed on all my Windows XP Service Pack 2
workstations, which runs at Startup and as a Service. The problem I have is
that all my users are Users and if for some reason they close the Host, they
are un-able to start it again which means a reboot to start it up again. The
reason is that they do not have rights to start the service. I created a GPO
that allowed Users Unrestricted access to the two files I thought they might
need access to, however, this did not work. Is there a way or a GPO that I
can set that will allow a normal user to start the host w/o having to be a
Power User or an Administrator of the local machine. Thanks for the help.
