PCAMPR5 NDIS protocol driver problem

I am getting a "PCAMPR5 NDIS protocol driver failed to
load" message in the event viewers system log every few
seconds can some one tell me why and how to fix this
because it fills up my system log

I have the same problem, yesterday my pc shut itself down for some reason,
and when I checked the event viewer for clues I noticed the error around the
time it shutdown.
PCAMPR5 NDIS Protocol Driver is apparently missing from my pc, but what is
it.

I am having the same problem and also freezing of the computer. I have tried
using "PC Rescue" but this hasn't resolved the problem. Anyone got any
ideas....... I bet its a simple problem really!!
