PC slow at log off

Hi

sbs 2003 with isa 2000 LAN. A win xp pro client PC is taking a long time to
log off even though windows has been freshly reinstalled on it. The below
events are in event log. What is the problem and how can I fix it?

I think Microsoft has just released a bug fix for this:
