Windows XP Pc Reboots but it aint worm virus

Hi guys my pc reboots for no reason after say an hour i have downloaded all latest security patches and something that also detects worm virus and also enabled firewall but still it reboots.

Any ideas or help please?

Possibly overheating, power dip ... a little more info on your system would help.
