What is the exact description of your McAfee and what are running?
McAfee does make heavy demands upon the system. For this reason many
users have abandoned McAfee for a combination of freeware anti-virus
and anti-spyware products.
Which precise version of Spysweeper do you have? I ask this having
read that an update was issued for one version to help with
performance issues it caused for some users.
The readings from Task Manager indicate that during the current
session your memory usage was most likely not resulting in significant
use of the pagefile but you may wish to monitor it's usage. Any time
usage becomes significant you will notice your system becoming less
responsive.
A small utility to monitor pagefile usage:

Right click on your My Computer icon on your Desktop. Select
Properties, Advanced, Performance Settings, Visual Effect. Which of
the four options is checked?
Please look in the System and Application logs in Event Viewer for
repeating Warning and Error Reports over last 24 hours and post copies
here. You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Control Panel,
Administrative Tools, and Event Viewer. When researching the meaning
of the error, information regarding Event ID, Source and Description
are important.
HOW TO: View and Manage Event Logs in Event Viewer in Windows XP

Part of the Description of the error will include a link, which you
should double click for further information. You can copy using copy
and paste. Often the link will, however, say there is no further
information.

A tip for posting copies of Error Reports! Run Event Viewer and double
click on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a
button resembling two pages. Click the button and close Event Viewer.
Now start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of the
message. This will paste the info from the Event Viewer Error Report.
Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from Event Viewer.
Regular housekeeping is important, especially after major downloads
e.g the monthly Windows Updates or adding and removing programs. Did
you carry out routine maintenance when you noticed this latest
slowdown?
You should use Disk CleanUp regularly to Empty your Recycle Bin and
Remove Temporary Internet Files. Select Start, All Programs,
Accessories, System Tools, Disk CleanUp. Also whilst in Disk CleanUp
select More Options, System Restore and remove all but the latest
System Restore points. If you use Outlook Express select File, Work
Offline followed by File, Folder, Compact All. Whenever you remove
redundant files you should always run Disk Defragmenter by selecting
Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk Defragmenter.
The routine above does not remove all unnecessary clutter from your
hard disk, especially if there is more than one user Logon,
I would suggest you try cCleaner.

With any cleaner you need to proceed with caution. To be safe you
should create a restore point before using cCleaner. cCleaner also
offers backup before removal.
When using cCleaner think twice before checking Autocomplete Form
History under Internet Explorer. You do get a warning but this one has
irritating consequences. You may need to restore your system's
recollection of passwords after use so keep a record off computer so
that they can easily be re-entered.
Leave the Scan for Issues option alone.
Keeping your free of malware is important. Others have, however,
offered good advice on that subject.

Hope this helps.
