Since PC Anywhere should give you a view of the currently logged in user and
what they are doing - sure. It will be the user remoted in using Remote
Desktop competing against the user logged in with PC Anywhere for control of
the mouse and keyboard... Unless you are just wanting one to watch what the
other is doing.

Is there any way for 2 users to login to a pc running XP Pro simultaneously
and get their own desktop view? I am looking for a solution where both users
could work on the remote pc at the same time. Not sure if this is possible.
Thanks

Technically possible? Yes.

Something you will get step-by-step instructions on a Microsoft based
newsgroup? No.

Reason for that is that it is an unsupported configuration and may not even
be working now that SP3 is out. Essentially - the feature you are trying to
implement is a server feature - Windows XP (no version of Windows XP) is a
server-class OS.

There may be third party software (lefgitmate software) that exists that
could give you this capability - I do not know (nor had th inclination to
look for such software.) There is an *old* hack that concerns the beta
version of SP2 (files from that) and a few registry entries that allowed for
multiple simultaneous remote desktop sessions... I suggest that if this is
for personal use and you don't mind the lack of support and the
hacking/playing around you will have to do - you Google for that stuff. If
this is for business use - I suggest you stay far away from such things.

Windows XP uses terminal server in remote administration mode to provide you
with remote desktop capabilities. What you are asking for is a terminal
server in application mode, which is only available on Windows Server.
