Pb with RequireSecuritySignature key

i ve problem with a key register,in win server 2003 HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanManServer\Parameters\RequireSecuritySignature so i had put it at "0", and after some hours it takes its first value "1", i don't know why???

You may want to look at your GPO settings to make sure that you are not
modifying this value anywhere...
