Pb with outlook express

Hi​

I have Pb with outlook express, this problem started since nearly six month ago, the problem is when I try to download my email I receive empty message without any data on the message or the sender.​

This leads to the emergence message of an error ""run time error "" and shutdown the outlook express​

And that is the error description I found on the event viewer ​

"Faulting application msimn.exe, version 6.0.2900.2180, faulting module dnsq.dll, version 7.0.0.125, fault address 0x0000b6c1."​

I have five email accounts this error happens only with only one account and happened with different pc.​

This problem happen sporadically​
