Payment Dates in Access 2007

I am writing a club database that tracks dues among other things. We want the dues for each year to be separate entries for each member. In other words, if a member paid in 2013, did not pay in 2014 and paid in 2015 there would be entries for 2013 and 2015 only under that members name. On the main database table for that member, it will automatically show the latest date paid, in this cast 2015.

Each member is to be separate.

I am at an impasse. I can not think of how to do this.

Someone please help!
