Paying $ for a couple hours of your time (WebRequest website login)

Looking for somebody to help me for an hour or two (I doubt it will be
that long).
Basically I can't get the url encoding to work properly in my program,
so I need you to write a method which will login to a SPECIFIC site
(details given on contact). Then from the response I will need a few
specific tokens, but I believe I have the methods already to strip
those from the response (using regex).
Pay negotiable: around $40-50 usd per hour depending.
Please be located within the US to reduce payment and communication
difficulties.
