Service Patch needed, Windows Update or whatever.
How much coding would it take for the Content Advisor to change how it reads
the PICS tags? If it's not too much, please change it to help parents who
want to filter adult content from their children's surfing experience.

I have corresponded with ICRA tech op many times, and there is no doubt that
Internet Explorer's Content Advisor is not reading their PICS rating tags
correctly, passing adult-rated sites as kid-safe because the CA apparently
reads the domain as "gen true" and then doesn't pay attention to the "gen
false" for a specific page. The PICS recommendations clearly say that the
longer URL should take precedence.

Please at least post a reply to this message, as my previous one and the two
times I wrote Microsoft.com had no response that I know of.

Oh, I mean no disrespect to the gentleman who replied my last post. I was
hoping for an official response from a Microsoft spokesperson. Do they
monitor this group at all?

Not officially. These are peer-to-peer support groups.

thanks to Gary, Don and Frank for helping me out. I feel like a lone voice
in the wilderness sending stuff to Microsoft. I'm sure they get tons of
email on every subject imaginable, but I'll try with the links you supplied.

It helps to add another voice. Things are graded in their need for
fixing/changing by the frequency with which computers send error reports and
by the user input to the site I gave.
