Paste Append

I am having issues with Paste Append. whenever I try to paste append
and then move to another record my DB shutdown. I am trying to do
this directly into the table. Anyone have this issue or know what
might be causing it?

Both of your posts lead me to believe that the database is corrupt. Try
creating a new database file and importing everything from the old to the
new. If something won't come over, it probably was corrupt.

If the OLE field is still a problem, create a Make Table query based on the
problem table and exclude the OLE field. After running the query
successfully, delete the original table and rename the new one to the
original's name. You may have to recreate any primary keys, indexes, or
relationships.

Hi,

If you can't handle the repair by yourself, I think you can try a
utility called Advanced Access Repair to repair your Access MDB file.
It works rather well for my corrupt Access MDB files. Its web address
is http://www.datanumen.com/aar/ Hope this helps.

Gee, I'd have expected an employee of the company to be a little more
positive than " I think you can try a utility..."

Please, stop your unwanted spamming of these newsgroups. As it is, you've
practically guaranteed that no MVP will ever recommend your product.
