Password protect MS Security System?

I am running XP, SP2 and want to password protect my MS Security Center so
hackers stop breaking in online and disabling it. Is this possible?

That is not possible. You need a firewall to block access to your computer
from malicious users and a antivirus program to help in preventing you from
installing and detecting malicious programs [be sure to scan in Safe Mode
also]. Make sure you use hard to guess passwords for all your user accounts
and see the link below on other must do basics for protecting your computer.
If problems persist you may need to rebuilt your computer after you
understand what needs to be done to protect it from further attacks. It is
also possible that another user that has physical access to your computer
may be changing settings. --- Steve
