Password for hotmail

In June a hotmail account was set up for my e-mail. The
address is (e-mail address removed). All was well until the
holiday week end and my computer went down. The hotmail
account has asked me for my password. I haven't a clue as
to my answer. The hint is the name of my school. I have
typed that name, Thomas R. Brown, in every conceiveable
way. Please, is there any way to retrieve that account?
I appreciate your security and I compliment its tenacity.
But, I really want that account back. What do I do? I
have a HP computer, windows 2000. When I talked with
support they gave me artical # 321305. I have another e-
mail account. That address is (e-mail address removed). You
