PASSWORD CHANGE ON DOMAIN

My users are experiencing problems with change of
passwords on the domain as there is always a message
that "you do not have permission to change your password"
anytime users try changing their passwords.

Whats up?

Take a look at the user account security properties and verify that everyone
has the permission to "change password". You should also take a look at the
"access this computer from the network" right in the default DC policy and
add authenticated users and everyone if they do not have this right.
Refresh the policy on the DCs if you had to make a policy change.

All i see in the user rights assignment is " chane
system time" where exactly do i locate this change
password permission?

Right click the user account, choose properties, click permissions and you
should see the "change password" permission.

Tim please help me on this..

im using ad with security grps where users are grouped
arcording to their access levels.

A right click>properties on one user account shows:
general,address, account, profile,
telephones,organisation,sessions,environment, dail-
in,member of, remote control & terminal services profile
tabs.

Dont c no change password permission.

PLEASE help out.
