password and secret question

hi,my mail address get some problems to get in. i think
somebody change my secret question and password. maybe
the person who i know him/her. so i register a new one.
but now the problem is this bad person get in my mail box
and obtain my friends address and send email to them even
my parents. so i cant wait it. i dont wanna lose my
account and keep it in somebody else. could you help me
to get it again or just block the account. i'v send mail
to you and want to get help yesterday. thanks a lot for
