Passthrough Queries

Hi,
I have a table in Oracle which I tried to link to an
Access database, to cut a long story short - this wasnt
possible and the only way to get the info out of the table
was to use a pass through query. The passthrough query
works great if all I want to do it open the table and look
at the data (the query is simply select * from
SCHEDULES). However if I insert the passthrough query
into a new query in design view, although I can see all
the column names ok and can add them to the criteria even
a simple count on the primary key fails. Is it possible
to create a query based on the returned rows of a
passthrough querty?

Cheers
Magnus
