I have PM8.0 installed on a brand new machine running WinXP Pro. PM8.0
is working perfectly w/ the exception of creating the rescue disks.
When I run
the task to create the rescue disks I get prompted to insert an empty,
formatted
1.44M floppy. I use a disk I have just formatted and verified with
WinXP that
it is fine and completely empty and writable (duh). Every time the disk
creation
step begins I get a dialog that says:
Title: Disk Usage Information
! There is not enough free space on the diskette.
Space Required: 1457000 bytes
Space Available: 4294967295 bytes
Space Needed: 1457001 bytes
Not sure what is causing this problem but I tried running the setup.exe
command that makes the rescue disks in Win2K compatibility mode and
WinNT compatibility mode with no success. Any help or insight would be
appreciated.
