does anybody know why parent control screws up my computer when i use it.
when i log off i can't log back on i have to clear cmos to get back in any
ideas . also it doesn't let my sceen out of power saving mode

Whose parental control are you writing about? If this is the Windows Live feature, there's probably a support forum for it somewhere...
