PAL mode with Connect3D X800 GTO

I have this card and cannot for the life of me find out how to set the TV
out to PAL mode. I have read that there is supposed to be some dip switches
but there appear to be none on my card so the damn thing sits there
insisting it runs at 60hz in NTSC.

Can anyone suggest how to do this so I can get output on a UK TV using this
card.
