Pairwise Comparisons of Treatement Means

After ANOVA, I know my Hypothese Null: M1<>M2<>M3, then I need to test mean
of M1, M2 & M3 pair by pair in order to detect which M having lowest Mean,
How can I do with excle?

I don't know what "excle" might be, but if you want to use Excel you
want Tools | Data Analysis | t-test: Two sample assuming ...

If you don't see "Data Analysis" in the Tools menu, install Analysis
Toolpak. (You might have to install Analysis Toolpak - VBA also; I
can't remember.)
