paint shop pro8

I have installed jasc paint shop pro 8, on my windows
xp home edition.Whenever I use any part of the paint shop
system,the message(vertual memory low] appears,& then
takes about 10 min`s for anything to appear!!
Please help.

memory you have (128, 256 or 512 MB of RAM).
