Well there is not much suprise that this is another PC Fisrt Person Shooter. The PC games market seems to be flooding with FPS at the moment, and with plenty more to come from the likes of Halo 2, Half Life 2 and Doom 3 to name just a few.

But this is a refreshing FPS, its all about the term "Gung-Ho", go all out guns blazing". At times this can be one of the most frantic games you could ever imagine. The screen can suddenly fill up with over 50 weapon weilding enemies surrounding you, and your only way out is to blast through like a mad man.

The story is based on a man who is in Purgatory (when you die, and your not in Heaven or Hell yet). Hes trying to get to heaven, but Lucifer has sent his dark army out to get him. So all you have to do is kill every enemy that is in your way. At the end of each set of stages you have to fight a boss, now these bosses are huge! And they sometimes have a weakness you have to find to defeat them.

The enimies look the part, as they are part of a hell army. You've got skelentons, zombies, mental guys in straight jackets and flame thrower maniacs plus many many more.

There is a good selection of weapons too. You start off with a standard melee weapon which looks like some kind of meat grinder then you get a steak gun(steak as in wooden stick, not meat), Shotgun, rocket launcher, minigun and a few more (i havent got that far yet). All the guns seem to have a second function too, the steak gun launches grenades and the shotgun doubles up as a freeze gun aswell.

The graphics of this game are extremely impressive. If you turn all the setting to max it'll easily blow Unreal Tournament 2004 out of the water. The controls are standard PC FPS config, so they are easily grasped.

Overall this game could of been better, but saying that it could also have been worse. Im gonna give this 7.5/10.

Minimum PC Requirments (as says on box):
Windows 98 SE/ME/2000/XP
1.5 GHz Pentium/AMD Processor
384MB RAM
64MB DirectX 8.1 Compatible Video Card
DirectX 8.1b Compatible Sound Card
8x CD-ROM or DVD-ROM

But i'd say:

2 GHZ P4
512 DDR
Geforce FX5600/ Ati Radeon 9600 Pro
