pagefile

Hi,

My new system complains that there is no page file when I
log on and that it created a default 20MB page file.

The system has 1GB of RAM, so I setup a page file of
min=2000MB and max=3000MB.

The problem is that it never takes, everytime I reboot and
log in I get the same mesage.

What gives?

Make sure you have 2gb free on the drive you are placing the pagefile on and
that the system account has full control of the drive in addition to anyone
else.

Make surte that the System account has full control permissions on the drive
root.
