page too big on other screen resolutions

hi guys I'm new to the web building thing and i'm trying to make up a small
buisness website. I have a 19inch monitor on 1280X1024 and of course the site
looks great to me here on my monitor but of course to someone with the screen
settings at 800X600 it's too big....is there something I can do to fix this?
I tried turning down my settings and surfing the web and notice that most
sites fit fine and just seem to expand to fit when I'm on the higher setting.
Any help would be great. oh I'm using frontpage of course to build the
site....thanks again

Rebuild your pages in % width tables and don't use any content that would make it larger than 760 px wide
