"Page Setup" option missing in Word 2003

After trying (unsuccessfully!) to create a new keyboard layout with the
Windows Keyboard Creator program that was release a couple months back, the
Page Setup option is no longer available in the File menu. I've used the
Repair option and selected Restore default settings, but is still no Page
Setup option.

By the way, can anyone offer any help on the Windows Keyboard Creator? I
set up about a dozen symbol alternatives that didn't conflict with any other
Ctrl-Alt-Shift options, tested it, and installed it, but it would not perform
in Word 2003.

The problem was resolved, but with a variation of the instructions on that
site. There was no Save In option in any of the Commands files, so I clicked
Rearrange and then Reset and my Page Setup was restored. Thanks . . . Don
