page numbering with document including Word, Excel, and Publisher

I'm creating a fairly large document that contains documents from Word,
Excel, and Publisher. I want to sequentially document all the documents.
Additionally I want to include our organization's name in the numbering. How
do I do it?

You can certainly change the starting page number for a Word document. First
activate the header/footer area, for example by double-clicking the header.
Then access the Page Number Format dialog box:

- In Word 2003, click the Format Page Number button on the Header and Footer
toolbar.

- In Word 2007, on the Header & Footer Tools Design tab, click the Page
Number button, and then click Format Page Numbers.

I'm not sure whether corresponding options are available in Excel and
Publisher, though.
