Page loaded but status bar still loading

hi

when my web page has loaded, all grphics and text are clearly displayed, the
status bar on IE still indicated the page is being loaded. there is no
connected database.

why is this and how do i step it?

i'm sorry my manager doesnt wish to reveal the url of the iste at the moment.

But i can tell you when a page, not all pages, loads the status bar is stuck
on loading and stays there for a long time.

I am very grateful for your support but unfortunatly I am under strict
orders not to reveal any information about the site. I know this is makes any
support difficult but unfortuntly my hands are tied.

Welp then..look for a script that's barfing or something that's not loading
fully...comment them out, or remove them one at a time, until you find
which/what it is.
