Page jumps back to where the cursor is

This is really strange, I will have a document open and I will scroll down to
say the 3rd page then with in a sec or 2 it will jump back to the page the
cursor is. I have tryed a new keyboard and even un-installing then
re-installing Word but it is still doing it.

I am useing Word 2003.

Nope, no addins have been installed. It's just installed stright off the CD.

This will happen if you press a key while scrolling because the insertion
point (the cursor) remains at the last edit. Your keyboard may be sending
erroneous keypresses--e.g., a key may be stuck. If you don't see any
unwanted characters appearing in Word, it might be non-printing key such as
an arrow key.

Try hooking up another keyboard instead.
