page frames?

I created my home page with Front Page 2003. There is a header framed, my
links are framed to the left and then i have the big blank spot where I put
other info. When I scroll down the info part it does not move the whole page.
Its like a page within a page. How do I get all my pages to be that way and
how do I get all the other pages to come up on the home page when they click
a link?

Each frame within our frameset has a name, such as banner, menu, and main.

To link to a page and make it appear in a specific frame, click the Target
button in the Hyperlink dialog box and specify the name of the frame where
you want the linked content to appear. The hTML looks like this:

<a href="example.htm" target="main">Example</a>
