Page Cannot Be Displayed (really!)

Yes honest.

I have an odd situation with XP pro. Generally speaking I don't have too
many problems with XP, including SP2.

Of late though there is one site that comes up with the above legend
(this makes you think how many others are there when you see these words
and just dismiss them).

I use BB with an Ethernet wired router/modem, NAT & Firewall. I also use
a wireless router also with NAT & firewall.

There are 4 machines 2 XP & 2 Win98 on my network.

The XP machines get the above message and the Win98 get the page no
problem. The URL is www.nsandi.com (premium bonds and other stuff).

Now the only thing I can think of that might be upsetting things is that
both XP machines have been used to test out Cisco VPN client, and
despite the fact that my home XP machine has had it deinstalled, may
have bits of clutter hanging around - or am I barking up the wrong tree?

Any help gratefully received.
