I have a page break inserted and how do I go about deleting it at a later

In draft view mode I an see dotted lines indicating page break.

Select the displayed page break and press Delete (or you can use Backspace
or Delete to delete it with the insertion point placed after or before it).

Thanks Suzanne!

The page break was between two rows. I deleted the rows and the table all
came in one page the break vanished by itself

Thanks once again

I am having a pagebreak in a document as visualized by the dotted line in
the draft view of office 2007.

The page has a couple of sentences and then it is blank. The next page
begins with a heading style

I cannot delete it and I cannot select it either.

Is the Heading formatted as "Page break before"? Or are the heading and
numerous following paragraphs formatted as "Keep with next"?

What is it that you cannot delete or select?

Your Heading style may be formatted with "Page Break Before." Go to
Styles and Formatting (Ctrl-Alt-Shift-S), right-click on the name of
the style, choose Modify. Under the Format button, choose Paragraph,
then the second tab, uncheck "Page Break Before."
