Page Border Tab Disabled in Word 2000

All of a sudden the 'Page Border' tab in 'Borders and Shading' is
disabled/dim. I can't click on it so I can't add page borders. No idea how
this could have happened, but it is annoying. I use the feature all the
time.

Any ideas how I can fix this?

I figured in out. The default save format had somehow been changed to Word
6.0/95 - which does not support Page Borders. Just went to Options, Tools,
Save Tab and I was able to change the default file type to the proper option
enabling Page Borders again. Joy of Joys.
