Packets Outbound errors too high in PerfMon tool on windows 2000

I am looking forward for some document URL links or sorta
to resolve issues of PerfMon counters.

I am notified with too many "Packets Outbound Errors" on
my NIC card, but couldnt find any solution for this on net.

I appritiate you guys help to put some light on my issue
to resolve issues with PerfMon counters.
