Packaging Saved Imports and Exports

Hi!

I am very new to Access 2007. I have been able to create an app but I need
to import and export txt files for reporting purposes.

I have created and saved Imports and Exports from queries in Access which do
work.

I would like the end user to be able to run these exports and imports
themselves. How can I package these in an access application where a user can
request them from the main switchboard.
