Packaging for CD question

Joan

In ver. 2000, is there a way to save the presentation
(without PP Viewer) to be seen by others who have PP, so
that it can just be clicked on, loaded and ready to show.
When I use Packaging for CD without PP Viewer, the
hyperlinks don't work, it opens in an editable view, and I
can't write protect it. I'd rather not get into including
instructions on how to open the viewer first in order to
see the presentation.

Thanks, Glenna. That was easy !

Hi Joan,

Save the file as a PowerPoint Show (PPS) and it should
run automatically for anyone with PowerPoint loaded on
their PC.

Another thing to remember, is to put all your linked files into the same folder
before you create the links, and don't forget to burn those file to the CD also.
