Pack & Go problem

I'm using PP 2002. Did a pack and go, but the program
will not open now. Error message comes up saying
PowerPoint cannot open .ppz file

Kathleen,

To unpack a "pack n go" presentation you need to double click the file
ending in .exe
This will then use the .ppz to unpack the original presentation.

Powerpoint cannot directly open a .ppz file.

Like TAJ is pointing out, Pack and Go is for transporting shows, not playing
them. Once packed, you still have to UNpack them to some destination such as
a folder on the hard drive before you can play the show. To start the
unpacking process, double-click the pngsetup.exe file.
