P4S533 Loses Slave Drive at Times

The BIOS settings make no difference...user and auto produce the same
result. Sometimes my primary slave appears and then disappears after a few
minutes. I can get it back by using the "Add Hardware" feature in Device
Manager or by rebooting.


The primary channel has two WD HDDs installed and the jumpers are properly
set for master and slave.

Is there a fix for this problem?

Yes..it's the latest BIOS..version 1010. I don't remember when the problem
started...maybe the upgrade is the problem.
