I update BIOS from 1002 to 1007 and the problem dispear on 3 days but later
returned. I set the BIOS settings to default that do nothing the problem is
still.

Configuration:
MOBO: ASUS P4PE (SATA, RAID, GIGA-LAN, AUDIO)
CPU: P4 2.4 (FSB533)
Grap: ATI Radeon 9200
RAM: DDR 512 MB Kingstone
HDD: Western Digital 80GB

This sounds exactly like the "cold boot problem". I have never heard of
a solution except to return the board for an exchange. I have just
learned to live with the problem, but I won't be able to sell the board
to anyone without divulging the problem ... and then I won't get much
for it.
