I bought this mb, have expectations about this mb, but not like this.
Sigh.
During bios-POST test, I get Overcloking failed.
Not overclocked anything, bought these less than week ago.
Snif.

I did the following: ( according threads in this newsgroup)
- Ai overcloking: set to manual
- BUS speed = 201Mhz ( should put more?)
- Memory reference voltage: 2,65 (recommendation from kingston support
site). some articles say to set this to 2,7xx
- Dram timings: 4-4-8-8, though 4-3-8-8 seems have no effect: Kingston
support website (http://www.kingston.com/support/faqs/memory/issue_12.asp)
says, chipset ( 865p) have problems, - p4p800 mb have 865pe, I tried with
settings if it helps. no observe any changes.

MB: Asustek P4P800-Deluxe
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2,6ghz 800mhz HT
Memory: Kingston HyperX 512MB Kit DDR 400MHz ( KHX3200AK2/512 )
Hdd: Maxtor Y9120L0 ( P-ata).
CD: Lg-dvd-rom, teac dvd-writable
Display controller: Excalibur Radeon 9600 128mb
PSU: Enermax EG365AX-VE(G) FM 350W
S-ata, and via raid disabled.

No other peripherals installed - yet,
Temp: 35 - 45c, voltages keeps good. WIndows XP, Linux, memtest86 work ok,

I think mb is not broken, since I can run windows xp, linux ( debian woody
with kernel 2.4.23, 2.6.2, redhat 9), and memtest 86 with all test selected
without any problem with settings I told above.

Allow me know if I missed something. Feel so **** ... at the moment.

Here's a post from Extreme Overclocking Forum:
"They suggested I change the settings manually to: CL: 2,2,3,8,8. DDR
voltage to 2.65 and the DRAM frequency to 400mhz.The good news is I'm up
and running again". (same ram as yours Tuomas).
Also, make sure the board is properly grounded.
