P4GPL-X or P4GD1 any good ?

Hello

My AGP card (9800XT) broke down and I'm thinking of bying a PCI-E card
instead but then I need to replace my P4P800 deluxe. I don't want to
replace my 3GHz northwood and 1GB DDR400 memory at this time.

I'm thinking about bying a P4GPL-X or P4GD1 or perhaps I just by a
new AGP card.
