P4c800-E with 1394

Does anyone know if I will run into conflicts with the captioned MB if I use
an AUDIGY 2 with an IEEE 1394 port on it? Can the 1394 on the board be
disabled? I do not think that I can disable the 1394 on the Audigy 2 card,
although I could disable it in Windows. Any input on this is appreciated,

I have a p4c800 deluxe, I dont know if they are the same.
I have bios 1007 or something, and in my bios I have an option to turn off
the onboard IEEE 1394 controller.
