P4C800 Deluxe and SATAs

All,
I have 2 questions about this mobo and SATAs.

1) One machine has 2 SATA HDDs on the SATA controller and 2 SATA HDDs on the
RAID (configured as IDE), can I add a PCI SATA controller and add 2 more
drives ?

2) Another machine has 2 IDE HDDs, can I add 2 SATA HDDs and run both IDE
and SATA at the same time ? or do I need to run the new drives on a SATA
card ?

I have 8 HDDs on this board
2 X IDE and 6 X SATA
2 x SATA in raid
2 x SATA on Promise PCI card

So the answer for the question:
1 = Yes
2 = Yes, you don't need an extra controler
