I ordered BenQ FP91G+ 19 inch monitor from them, first asking by email if it came with a DVI cable (after reading reviews on ebuyer it seems they used to but no longer do, so I wanted to check) and was told it did.
I went ahead and ordered.
Extra nice surprise the postage was Free
The cracking (cheap and very well packed) monitor arrived 2 days later but without the DVI cable... it is listed as optional now
I emailed Oyyy to let them know and by return of post they sent me one, no quibble.
