OWA can't get to some user's inbox

Byron Kendrick

We have recently moved our OWA server to a new W2K server from an old NT4.0. After the install we seem to haveeverything working pretty well but for a few accounts. Most of our users can get to their mail fine but several accounts get the error message "OWA was unable to get to your inbox." Their accounts work using Outlook so it is not a problem with their mailbox. This is Exchange 5.5 SP4. the OWA server is a Windows 2000 server running iis. This server is also running SP4 for Exchange. WE did not install any patches that came out after SP4 on the OWA server. The Exchange virtual folder is in a virtual site other than default. Like I say most users can get to their mail. It is just a selected few.

TIA
