OWA, Calendar, Delegated

I have a user that is using OWA. She has Ownership privledge on her boss's
Calendar. When she opens OWA and tries to put a new entry, or edit an
existing entry for his mailbox, she can not. When you double click the
appointment time, nothing happens. When you open an existing calendar event,
you can see it, but not edit it (the Save and Close button is greyed out).
I have setup a standard outlook profile for her, with the same permissions.
She can create, edit and delete calendar events in Outlook for her boss. It
seems as if OWA will not allow even a user with full permissions edit
calendar items inside of OWA.
By the way, the same goes for contacts, there is no way to create them in
OWA. However in Outlook it works.

Is BCM involved in this? OWA/Exchange don't support BCM.
