Over coming 137 GB barrier

I have installed A WD 200GB hard on my system via a
Promise controller card. MB supports LBA HD's & HD is
regonized in BIO's but XP OS (OEM Version) does not ie. OS
showing 127.99GB's. Have installed SP1 & other downloads
from support sites but the how to enable 48 LBA/regestry
is vague. Can someone help me.

Well, here is the Microsoft Support Page about it,

us;303013. If that doesn't work, the two things on google
i found were maybe you need to update you BIOS, and you
also need a ATA-133 controller that should of come with
the drive.

Run Disk Management (right click My Computer > Manage > Disk
Management). It'll show you that the rest of the disk is currently
unallocated. If you want to enlarge the existing 128GB partition to
encompass the entire disk, you have to use third party software such
as Partition Magic.
